Repossessions Stopped
If you are experiencing difficulty with your mortgage, we may be able to help. By explaining your options and rights, repossessions can be stopped and a new start made with a company who are not trying to take your house off you.
Reducing Household Expenditure
If you are finding that your everyday bills are high (Gas, Electric, Telephone etc…) we may be able to switch you over to a provider who could offer you cheaper bills by combining your suppliers and getting you a better package.
Full and Final Settlements
This involves offering the creditors a lump sum payment as final payment. This usually applies to debts that have been passed to collection companies that would take a long time to clear under the arrangements made. We negotiate on your behalf a reduced payment.
Protected Trust Deeds (Scotland only)
A Trust Deed is only available in Scotland and in many ways is similar to an Individual Voluntary Arrangement. We can put you in touch with a licensed Insolvency Practitioner who specialises in this type of insolvency.
Pre-Paid Credit Cards
We can help you obtain a pre-paid card for use at shops and online, or even for direct debits and standing orders, without running the risk of getting into debt.
New Bank Accounts
If you are having difficulties with your current banker, we can give advice on where to go to obtain a new account – even if you have adverse credit.
